Making Bromine from BCDMH (Spa Disinfectant)

Bromine is produced from the spa disinfectant Bromochlorodimethylhydantoin, a bromine chemical actually available OTC to Australians. It is a beautiful sunny Public holiday. What could possibly go wrong?
