This is a super healthy, and gluten-free noodle recipe using ragi flour also called nachani or finger millet flour. Once the noodles are ready, you can add any choice of vegetables and spices to make these. Today I am showing hakka noodles version with Chinese flavors.

Ingredients:
Ragi/Finger millet flour - 1 cup
Onions - 1/2 cup
Carrots - 1/2 cup
Green beans - 1/4 cup
Bell peppers - 1/3 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green chilies - 2
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Hot tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
