This video will hopefully help those Recruiters who have LinkedIn Recruiter license and want to create Projects and send InMails. After you logged in your private LinkedIn, top of the right-hand corner click on ”Recruiter” and then you can start to create a Project.

If you have a LinkedIn Project you can send InMails, maximum 1000 a day to your potential candidates. Your hiring process will be much quicker and the follow up will be easier with them in a Project if you use the Notes and the right Status.
