Ingredients For Beef Koftas :
Beef Mince 500 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbl.sp
Gram Flour (roasted) 2 tbl.sp
Onion finely chopped and squeezed 1 Medium
Green Chillies 3 to 4
Coriander (chopped) 2 tbl.sp
Few Mint Leaves (chopped)
For Kofta Gravy :
Oil 1 cup
Onions 2 medium thinly sliced
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup well whisked
Fried Onions 2 tbl.sp (crushed)
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cardamom, mace and nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
