Here's a vid showing how to activate the console and bind keys to command cheats in black ops (Campaign and Zombie mode only).
Here are some of the codes:
god = unlimited health
give all = gives a selection of weapons
sf_use_ignoreammo 1 = infinite ammo + no reloading
noclip = fly around the map really fast (cannot use weapons)
give ammo = refills your ammo
give tesla_zm = Wunderwaffe (only works on Ascension or Call of the Dead)
give thundergun_upgraded_zm
give ray_gun_upgraded_zm
give crossbow_explosive_zm
give crossbow_explosive_upgraded_zm
give bowie_knife_zm
give knife_ballistic_zm
give knife_ballistic_upgraded_zm
give knife_ballistic_bowie_zm
give knife_ballistic_bowie_upgraded_zm
give explosive_bolt_zm
give explosive_bolt_upgraded_zm
