Check out my website at https://bigindianfoodie.com/ Bhuna Gosht Bhuna gosht is a favourete non veg dish of many .Here is a simple recipe to make it at homes & enjoy.
Ingredients
Goat meat.............................. 250 g
Onion paste............................2 large
Ginger garlic paste................ 2Tbsp
Tomato paste.........................3 large
Salt .. .......................................to taste
Garam masala (wet)..............1 tsp
Coriander powder...................2 tsp
Coconut powder... ..................3 tsp
Red chilli powder......................2 tsp
Turmeric powder......................1/2 tsp
Green chilli... .......................... 3-5
Coriander leaves..................... 2 tbsp
Whole garam masala............... 15 black pepper, 3 green cardamom, 1 big cardamom, 1 cinnamon , 1 bay leaf
Method
1) Take a pan add 2-3 large spoon of oil heat it putall the whole garam masala( bay leaf,black peppers, cardamom etc.)
2) Add mutton pieces and fry it till it change its colour,add onion and fry till onion becomes pink add turmaric powder & cook.
3) Add ginger and garlic paste cook for 3-4 min add coriander powder ,red chilli powder, add tomato paste, salt.
4) Add coconut green chilli and coriander masala paste. cook for 3-4 min. Then add water an cook for 30-40 min or till it is done.
