How to Play PES 2016 on low end pc with 64MB VRAM without lag

NOTE : the fps drops in the gameplay test came due the "fraps" recorded. the game works very well after this patch i made.

Here's i came with a new solution its how to play pes 2016 on low end pc. i made a simple and easy patch that increase ur FPS and graphic.
