The FFXIV Lore is heavily explained through music sometimes.
Let's do an analysis of the Top 5 FFXIV OST Melodies (or recurring themes also referred to as "leitmotifs"), with explanations of what they represent both musically and in terms of story.
All tracks are originally composed by Final Fantasy XIV Composer Masayoshi Soken, and a few are from Nobuo Uematsu.

This video took a whole week of work between research, shooting and countless hours of editing to make, so I hope you enjoy it even if it's a little different from my "Music Producer Reacts format"!
