I've waited a long time to get my hands on a dual - quad core Xeon beast, so when this ex-workstation appeared on sale for just £25 ($30) I had to buy it. With 8 cores and a huge original price tag, is a machine like this buying in 2018, and what sort of upgrades, if any, can be made to it?

Nvidia Quadro FX 4600 Graphics Card
Windows 7 Pro
