Lots of short videos on how to find this snake and where. This is more the real deal, it took me a while to spawn the snake on the sugar cane field down by the sea. You've probably already tried going to the beach with less success. However going to the field doesn't seem to upset the guards, but I was crouching just in case.
Note! That the time/clock bug on Guarma is still present (as of June 3rd 2020), which can lead to the time being frozen on the same hour/minute (my clock got stuck several times). This could lead to issue with spawning the sought for animals on Guarma. You may need to lead any chasing guards to your camp, this fixed the bug for me, once at least. If you reload or die, you need to draw them to your camp again if the time has stopped.
