How to set up fully automatic production line?
From our video,you will get an idea about the whole working process of fully automatic production line with finger cart system.

Hawen QT15 (HW-1500) Fully automatic Block production line ,the complete production line consists of:  
Automatic batching & mixing system ,
automatic forming system,
Elevator & Lowerator,
Finger Cart System,
Automatic Cuber system,
Film wrapping system or Strapping system .

The Pallet size for the main forming machine is 1400*1150mm,
to make the hollow block at 400*200*200mm,
it allows to get 15pcs/mould, at 21,600pcs/8 hours;
To make the Rectangle paver at 200*100*60mm,
it allows to get 54pcs/mould,at 1500m2 per shift at 8 hours .

Customized machine allow to make max height of concrete products up to 500mm(H).
