Watch me (Mark Darrah) react to the stage demo we made for Dragon Age: Inquisition at PAX Prime in 2013. Experience it again for the first time. Watch TWO (!) separate tech failures!
This demo has been accused of being misleading to the final game. I think there is some truth to that and we will talk about what happened.
I am very glad we made this demo and PAX is one of my favorite game conventions. Whether you are in gamedev or a fan of DA, this is worth a watch.
The three source videos I used:
• PAX Prime 2013: Dragon Age III: Inqui... -- This is the most complete and makes up the bulk of the video
• Dragon Age: Inquisition - Live Demo G... -- Also from PAX. I use it to clean up a bit of the primary capture
• Digiexpo 2013 - Dragon Age: Inquisiti... -- This is actually from DigiExpo not PAX and is recording the booth capture. It is the cleanest but has noisy audio
