Garmin Etrex 10 mapping made simple

Short way of getting maps onto the Garmin Etrex 10 for runners or out doors folk. Done for the Apple MAC but Windows is also possible. For note the Etrex 10 is the basic unit the 20+ is more capable but 3 times the cost.
