this is a little explainer on behavioural design which is a ~sub-category~ of design ✨ as a strategic design consultant, we can use behavioural design as a method to make sure that what we're designing is relevant to people and even more likely to be adopted by them 💘 i also touch on two examples of behavioural design principles (confirmation bias and the ikea effect) to help put it all into perspective ☺️ #strategicdesign #designstrategy #behaviourdesign
