How To Make GREEN CHILI TAMALES

Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m going to share with you how to make the most delicious green chili tamales!! I know when you think tamales, you think difficult but let me show you how easy it is to prepare them, I ain’t going to lie they are time consuming but easy to prepare and let’s not forget how delicious they are! Ingredients:
5 lbs pork shoulder
16 oz corn husks
1 package( 4.4 lbs) Maseca for tamal
16 oz lard
1/4 cup baking powder
1 bunch cilantro
8-10  Anaheim/ hatch peppers
5 chile serrano a/ jalapeños
10 tomatillos
1 1/2 white onion
15 garlic cloves
Salt
