Recipe 1 – Chicken chilly
Recipe 1 – Chicken chilly flakes
Ingredients
chicken – 500 gm
ginger – garlic paste – 1/2 spn
nuts - as required
chilly flakes – 2 tbspn
green chilly (cut) - 4 nos
onion (sliced) – 2 nos
salt to taste
soya sauce – 1 spn
corn flour – 1 spn
egg – 1 nos
oil – as required
vinegar – 1 spn
curry leaves - 1 cup
chilly powder - 1spn
turmeric powder – 1/2spn
fry masala – 2spn
garam masala – 1 spn
Directions
1.Combine chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, fry masala, corn flour, ginger – garlic paste, egg, vinegar, onion, green chilly, curry leaves, oil, soya sauce and salt. Then marinate for 20 mins.
2.Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker until 1 whistle.
3.Roast the nuts in a frying pan. Set aside.
4.Saute curry leaves and chilly flakes. Set aside.
5.Add cooked chicken into the same pan and fry well. At the time of frying add a spoon of soya sauce.
6.Add roasted nuts and chilly flakes into the dish and mix well.
Recipe 2 – Summer vanilla milk shake
Ingredients
milk – 1 cup
cashew nuts – 10 nos
ice cream – 1/2 cup
vanilla essence – 1/2 spn
sugar – 1 spn
njalipoovan banana – 3 nos
Directions
1.Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Grind
