T1 Nerve Root Comression- Key findings to tease it out!

In this video I discuss why T1 Nerve root compressions are difficult to differentially diagnose. They don't have a deep tendon reflex and the cervical spine compression test and Spurling's test are not very helpful. Why is that? The T1 level is quite low and the best way to identify it is through manual muscle testing of the intrinsics of the hand and a cervical spine MRI.
