If you want to change your date of birth or make correction in date of birth either in record of NADRA (CNIC, Form B, FRC etc) or Educational Institution (Matric Certificate, F.A certificate etc), you are required to approach the concerned department NADRA or educational institution/ Board etc. In case, the NADRA or Educational Board does not accede your request and not allows the correction in your date of birth, you may file a Suit for Declaration and Mandatory injunction against NADRA or educational institution/ Board whatever the case may be. It is pointed out that every application/ suit/ case regarding change of birth / age is not successful because of many reasons, detail of which is given in this video.
