Mainly Blue veins  Cool
Mainly Green veins  Warm
Both Blue and Green veins Neutral

"The Wardrobe Test"
Cool
Purple
Pinks
Blues
Navy

Warm
Orange
Olive
Yellow
Burn reds
Tan Brown

The white paper Test
Cool - Pink and Blue tones jump out

Warm - Green and Golden or yellow tones jump out

"The Jewellery Test"
Cool - Gold looks harsh and dull
        Silver shimmers and shines
Warm - Gold looks bronzey and golden and glows
           Silver looks grey and old and dull

"The Burn Test"
Burns quickly or has a dark reddish tone - Cool
Tannes quickly or has golden dark tone - Warm
Tan Slowly Or hardly burns - Neutral

I'm Sinead, I have Dark Hair, Brown Eyes, Pale Skin, I have green/blue veins, Silver Jewellery looks best and I tan really slowly - I'm a neutral.
