The suggested breakfast diet is listed below.
1. Avoid tea, coffee, and milk. Toned milk and cow’s milk should be consumed instead of any other.
2. Avoid sour food like oranges, mango, lemon, sweet lime, etc.
3. Avoid vegetables like tomato, ladyfinger, and brinjal.
3. Consume idli, upma, oats,stuffed parantha(spinach, fenugreek, bathua,etc.).
4. Include walnuts and diet in the breakfast diet.
5. Add vegetables, like carrots, onions, etc., while making upma. (Do not add a lot of spices to the preparation).
6. Overnight-soaked black chana and besan ka cheela can be eaten too.
