With a top speed of five miles per hour and a driving range of 18 miles with a fully charged battery, you can easily ride this scooter all day long in most scenarios. Breaking down the scooter is super easy. Just remove the seat by lifting it straight up, then remove the battery boxes with the convenient handles. Once the batteries are removed, you can lower the tiller, and then detach the rear from the front half. Last but not least, you can remove the basket and get ready to stow it away until you're ready to use it again! When you're ready to take a vacation, you can easily break down the scooter as shown in our review video. When it's broken down, the heaviest piece only weighs 53 lbs. The 6 lightweight pieces can fit into the trunk of most vehicles which is very convenient, especially if you are an avid traveler. It's also equipped with airline-friendly batteries (2x 12 volt, 35 amp-hour, Sealed-Lead-Acid batteries).
