Illustrator tutorial: How to remaster pixelated low res logo into clean high res vector

I show you how to clean up a ragged, low resolution  pixelated logo in Adobe Illustrator. I clean up a logo for a company that's saved as a  very low quality png. It's almost impossible to use anywhere on print or web because of how fuzzy and rough it looks with the prickly pixels and low quality. I'm going to show you two ways of going about this.
