Congresswoman Katie Hill attacks 'double standard' in last speech before resignation

Democratic U.S. Rep. Katie Hill slammed what she called a "double standard" in Congress in her exit speech on Thursday, made due to allegations of an improper relationship with a staff member that led to her resignation.

Hill also took shots at a husband she alleges was abusive and conservative operatives she says published photos of her that were taken without her consent.
