Ingredients for Roast Meatballs
Ingredients for Meatballs:
750 Gr Ground Beef (20% Fat)
1 Egg
A Little Less Than 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
Half Tea Glass of Water
1 Piece Dry Onion
3 Teaspoons Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Half Teaspoon of Ground Rock Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Note: I used half a tea glass of water while kneading the meatballs.
Ingredients for Sauce:
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Teaspoons of Ground Rock Salt
1 Head Dry Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 and a half tablespoons of tomato paste
3 Glasses of Water
Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes:
4 Medium Potatoes
2 spoonful butter
Half Glass of Milk
3 Teaspoons of Ground Rock Salt
