A continuous beam ABC, fixed
A continuous beam ABC, fixed at A, simply supported at C and continuous over support B. The span AB is 6m and carries a concentrated load of 45KN at 2m from support A. mid-span. The span BC is 4m and carries a uniformly distributed load of 15 KN/m over the entire span. Take moment of inertia for the portion AB as I and that for portion BC as 2I. Analyse the beam by slope deflection method and draw the shearing force and bending moment diagrams
