This is day 5 of
This is day 5 of me playing chess on chess.com until I reach the rapid rating of 2500!
Today I was having the black pieces and my opponent opened the game with 1. e4 and we quickly reached the very solid Caro-Kann Defense. I really like this opening so it is my go to against king's pawn opening!
The position was balanced out of the opening phase of the game, but in an early middlegame my opponent blundered and I had a chance to win a central pawn!
We traded a lot of pieces and we each had only two minor pieces at the beginning of the endgame! I still had the advantage of a central pawn, so I was pushing for the win in today's game!
