This video was actually from before the previous flooded street clip. The storm clouds were so thick that the afternoon sun was completely blotted out.

Tractionator Desert H/Ts actually tracked very well in the wet. Rain was hitting me like pebbles, and despite the rain gear I was thoroughly soaked by the time I got off the interstate.
