In 1981, the Berlin delegates'
In 1981, the Berlin delegates' conference of the SED demanded that the quality of GDR company meals and the number of people eating them should be increased. The editorial team of "Prisma" reports on how companies organise the meals and interviews those responsible from the administration and kitchen. Whether dishes like black pudding with sauerkraut, baked flounder or pea stew taste good depends on the cooks' skills. But also on targeted controls, e.g. on the quality of the sauces. In the Funkwerk, there are other ideas like the Zahlbox, which helps shorten queues.
