Piers believes that the focus on gender language in a hospital is simply just 'virtue signalling claptrap' and suggests this focus on inclusion in this way actually excludes many people who still want to be called a man or woman.
Richard agrees, suggesting there needs to be a focus on saving and treating children and not on "wasting time" on gender-neutral language.
