With Sonic proving no match for the immensely powerful Commander Brutus, Brutus chains up Sonic, Amy and Johnny and parades them threw the Pleasant Zone as a sign of glory of their defeat. Can Sonic manage to escape the clutches of the deadly Super Trooper and even if he can who can defeat him?

A mysterious robot turns up at the Floating Island and beings a rampage of destruction. This foe is far more powerful than Knuckles first thought. After the battle Knuckles is shocked the find one of his long lost race of Echidnas! Dr Zachary, an elderly Echidna who has much to tell Knuckles.

Its an all out battle between Shortfuse and Metamorphia! Can Shortfuse defeat her before the bomb set to blow up the Chemical Plant factory explodes!?
