Bird Inspired Slow Stitching Textile Art Flosstube Show and Tell

Today I chat about several completed small fabric collage pieces, discuss my inspiration (shout out to grandmas and Van Gogh!), show my slow stitch mark making and nerd out both about birds and hand embroidery. The pieces I show include loads of texture and color and some of my favourite birds (a towhee, junco, finch, crow and raven). Yay for Small Square Patchwork and Flosstube!
