What's up guys! Today's video is corrective exercises for injury prevention and full body corrective exercise examples. Part of training, whether for general population or athletes, is corrective exercises and prehab. Most people's day to day movements are very repetitive, so we need to make sure that we are counteracting those in the gym to limit muscle imbalances and prevent injury. For athletes, the same thing does, much of it can be repetitive, or certain parts and areas of our body becomes stronger than others which could lead to possible injury. In all of our programs, we make sure to include corrective exercises depending on the person, their sport, their job, or hobbies. This is something that is crazy important! In this video, we give you some of our favorite corrective exercises. We have movements for the lower body, working on glutes and hips and knees, and upper body with shoulders and back and thoracic rotation. Make sure you are incorporating these types of exercises into your gym routine! Hope this helps!
