Kerala Style Beef Peralan|നല്ല നാടൻ ബീഫ് പെരളൻ ഇതുപോലെ ഒന്നുണ്ടാക്കിയാൽ പിന്നെ ഇങ്ങനെയേ ഉണ്ടാക്കൂ

നല്ല നാടൻ ബീഫ് പെരളൻ ഇതുപോലെ ഒന്നുണ്ടാക്കിയാൽ ഇനി ഇങ്ങനെയേ ഉണ്ടാക്കൂ /Kerala Style Beef Peralan

Ingredients

1.       2kg beef
2.       coconut oil
3.       sliced coconuts 1 cup
4.       some curry leaves
5.       garlic cloves 30-40
6.       almost the same amount of sliced ginger
7.       3 medium-size sliced onions
8.       Shallots 260 gm
9.       Asafoetida one small piece
10.   2-3 cinnamon leaves or allspice leaves
11.   Coriander powder 4 tbsp
12.   Red chilly powder 3 Tbsp and
13.   Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
14.   Freshly ground garam masala 1.5 Tsp
15.   Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
16.   Fennel seed powder 2 tsp
17.   mustard
18.   some dried red chili
19.   Pepper powder 1 Tsp


Method
Heat 3-4 Tbsp coconut oil then add sliced coconuts 1 cup saute until it becomes golden brown color.
Add some curry leaves. Then 30-40 garlic cloves and almost the same amount of sliced ginger then salutes well.

Once it did add 3 medium size sliced onions then saute well by adding enough salt.
Now we can add  250 gm of shallots.
Add Asafoetida one small piece Add 2-3 cinnamon leaves or allspice leaves
(If you have fresh add fresh one)
Once it did add
Coriander powder 4 tbsp
Red chilly powder 3 Tbsp and
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. Then saute on low flame until the raw smell disappears.
Add 2kg beef and some curry leaves then mix well.
Next, add Freshly ground garam masala 1 Tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp              Mix well

Add enough boiling water and salt to taste mix well. Then cover with a lid cook on medium flame until it has done and stir in between.
Now it's done, check the salt add if required. cook on low flame until the gravy becomes thicker.
By the time we will sputter some mustard.
Heat some coconut oil and splutter mustard then add some sliced shallots then saute until it becomes golden brown color.
Once it did add some curry leaves and some dried red chili
Then add this to the curry.
And finally, add
Fennel powder 1 Tsp
Garam masala 1/2 Tsp and
Pepper powder 1 Tsp   Then mix well.
