How to value a stock like Peter Lynch! Calculate the intrinsic value of a stock like famous investor Peter Lynch using his formula.
We will also automate it so you just need to put in the stock ticker and everything else will auto populate.
Formulas you will need below:
Growth rate: =IFERROR(VALUE(substitute(substitute(index(importhtml("https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=" & SUBSTITUTE(K10,".","-"),"Table",10),6,6),"*",""),"%","")),"-")
Stock price: =GOOGLEFINANCE(K10,"price")
Dividend rate: =substitute(index(IMPORTHTML("http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t="&K10,"table", 10),7,2),"*","")
Dividend yield: =M13/M12
P/E ratio: =substitute(index(IMPORTHTML("http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t="&K10,"table", 10),2,4),"*","")
Intrinsic value: =(M11+M15)/M16*M12
K10 = cell with stock ticker using above formulas, change to fit your needs, same with cells in intrinsic value formula.
