Quick and Easy Circle garland paper backdrop 3 different ways birthday party wedding baby shower

In this video you will see how to make a simple but very beautiful backdrop or background for any occasion. I am using Martha Stewart Circle cutter.  I will be showing you how to put it together 3 different ways. You can always add flowers or or other shapes in between or on top of the circles.  You can cut circles or any other shapes with scissors or circle cutter or any automatic machine yo may have.
