Outlets Not Working, Breaker Not Tripped. How to Diagnose and Replace Malfunctioning Receptacles.

Some power outlets in my living room were losing power periodically, but the circuit breaker wasn't tripping. After researching the problem, found I had 15(!) outlets daisy-chained off the same breaker. In this video I show how to test outlets and replace outlets to trouble-shoot the problem.
