VIDEO: Zoe & Victoria Yin: Artists ages 9 & 13 to exhibit work in Cleveland When artist Victoria Yin became the youngest artist ever exhibited at the International Art Expo at age 10, it would have been difficult to image that her record would be broken the following year, when her younger sister broke the same record at age 8. Now their works are being collected internationally, and the buzz couldn't be louder.
