How to use ragdolls/ physics in SFM! (updated)

My previous video on how to use sfm physics ended up getting a decent bit of questions on how to do certain things or what I meant on certain bits; so I decided to make a Pt.2 basically re-running the process of setting up and using physics, while also trying to speak a bit more clearly on what I am doing.
