Follow along this easy to make and tasty Eggless Chocolate Cake with No Sugar, No Maida, No Butter, No Curd/Buttermilk, No Oven

1. Preheat the Kadai:

- Place lots of salt in the Kadai.
- Add a stand for the cake mold.
- Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat.

2. Make the Cake Batter:

- In a bowl, mix 1 cup oil and 1 cup jaggery powder until dissolved.
- Add 1 coffee mug (2 cups) of milk and mix well.
- Add 1 cup milk powder and mix again.
- Add 2 cups whole wheat flour and mix thoroughly.
- Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder and 1/2 cup milk (if batter is too thick).
- Mix in 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tbsp baking soda.

3. Prepare the Cake Tin:

- Grease the tin with oil and place butter paper inside.
- Pour the batter into the tin and add chopped walnuts on top.

4. Bake in the Kadai:

- Place the cake tin on the stand inside the preheated Kadai.
- Cover with the lid and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
- Simmer the flame and cook for another 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

5. Finish Up:

- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
- Demold, remove the butter paper, and enjoy the spongy cake!
