'Being All Wet' & 'Help! You Ruined my Hair'

First, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to install a frameless door in her shower, but it leaks badly every time she showers. She claims the defendant told her it wasn’t his problem, so she’s suing for a full refund. The defendant says he told the plaintiff she needed to change the inexpensive pipe in the showerhead and she agreed but then failed to do so even though it would correct the problem.


Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to put faux locs in her hair, but she used real ones and they’re so heavy they caused neck pain. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says she’s been braiding hair for years. She claims she did an outstanding job and the woman turned nasty. She’s countersuing for defamation and wasted time.
