Volkswagen Golf 1.9TDI (BXE) torsion angle (camshaft angle) adjustment. How to identify the problem

(Or kind of... lol) On the video I wrongly say that you can turn the camshaft pulley without turn the inner one, as you will see on the video, is actually the other way round... This was a PD engine, code BXE, this however applies to other engines with the same camshaft and diesel injection systems. Prior to this, I have been resolving a no signal from the camshaft sensor...
