Here are the *ingredients:
Brioche Bread
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 Cup 100°F Water
6 Egg Yolks. Room Tempeature
6 Tablespoons COLD Butter
1 1/2 tsp Salt
6 Tbl Sugar
3 Tbl Dry Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast
GLAZE: 1 to 2 Egg Yolks & 1 Tbl Water
*I found this recipe online about 6 years ago and can no longer locate it. I believe it was from the Breadman website.
For brioche rolls, simply break them into smaller pieces and place them into muffin tins.
