Why he chose Serbia over Mexico for life

Meet Carlos. He’s a Mexican who has lived in Canada and Russia and moved to Serbia almost ten years ago. Here, he was a presenter on a TV show, participated in quizzes, and now works as a part-time translator. He shared with me why he feels much freer in Serbia than in Mexico, which is better—tequila or rakia—and why people in Novi Sad are less open than in the rest of Serbia. Enjoy!
