All you need is cabbage water, and some of the items you can get at home. Voila, your own lab at home!
Facts- Anthocyanins, which are weak acids that dissolve in water and change colour in response to pH changes, are found in many red, purple, and blue plants. As a result, plants rich in anthocyanins, such as red cabbage and blueberries, can be easily transformed into pH indicators.
