The Milsurp Garage is honored
The Milsurp Garage is honored to host this pair of Breda Brescia imports from Italy manufactured by Breda Meccanica Bresciana. The 12 gauge is a model 1001 from 1952 imported by Continental Arms and the 20 gauge is a MK II Model 610 Magnum from 1958 imported by Dakin Gun Co. Both of these use Brownings long recoil action from his Auto 5 shotgun introduced around the turn of the century.
While some Auto 5 copies were less than desirable, these were top quality manufacturing using excellent fit and finish and finely crafted parts with excellent quality materials. Come along as we discuss them both, take a look at them in action, and break them down to show disassembly and assembly procedure as well as examine the internals.
