DAY 2 : LEH JOURNEY Hall Of Fame : - Made for the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Indo-Pak War. - Timings : 9 AM - 1 PM & 2 PM - 7 PM - Entry Fee : Rs.25 & Additional Rs.50 for photography Magnetic Hills : - It is believed that the car goes in the opposite direction of the path due to the magnetic nature of the hills Sangam Point : - It is the point where the Zanskar & Indus River meets. - You can also do the World’s Largest River Rafting Here, One is of 6 Km & the other is 16 Km. - Cost of 6 Km one - Rs.900 & Cost of 16 Km - Rs. 1800 - Cost of GoPro - Rs. 1500 for 8 person Patthar Sahib Gurudwara : - Timings : 4:15 AM - 8:30 PM - Entry Fee : Free DAY 3 & 4 : NUBRA VALLEY Khardung LA : - elevated at the height of 17,582 ft - It’s better you do not stay here more than 15 minutes. Diskit Monastery : - Largest & Oldest Monastery of Nubra Valley - A statue of Maitreya Buddha Ji of Height 108 ft. - Timings : 7 AM - 1 PM & 2 PM - 7 PM - Entry Fee : Free Hundar Sand Dunes : - A Photogenic Location - Famous for the Camel Rides The Last Village : - Also Known as Khan Village. - You can see the region of Pakistan from here. Turtuk Village : - Captured by the Indian Army in the war of 1971. Turtuk Museum : - Known as The Balti Heritage Museum & House. - It is 140 years old. - Timings : 8 AM - 8 PM Siachen War Memorial : - It is made for the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the operations of Siachen Glacier. DAY 5 : LEH TO PANGONG Pangong Lake : - It will take you around 6 hours to reach Pangong Lake from Leh as it is 200 Km far from Leh. - The View of the lake is mesmerizing and the long journey is worth it. DAY 6 : PANGONG TO LEH Chang LA Pass : - second highest motorable Road of height around 17,688 ft. - There is a Temple of Changla Baba Ji that you can visit as well. Thikse Monastery : - Largest Monastery of Central Ladkah. - Statue of Maitreya Buddha Ji of 49 ft. Rancho School : - Originally known as Druk Kurpo Padmo School - Featured in the Movie 3 Idiots. - Timings : 8 AM - 6 PM NOTE : If you have one more day then you can visit TSO Moriri after Pangong Lake.
