Tatsuya Shindo got into Yakuza (the Japanese mafia) when he was 18, but now baptizes hundreds in the name of Jesus. From the age of 20, Shindo peddled stimulants in and around Tokyo for a gangster family under the nationwide one of the largest Yakuza syndicates in Japan. After several stints in jail, he decided to start offering something else entirely: the gospel. Let’s find out how he got there.
