In this video, we are doing something different and playing Oblivion for a change. This will be more or less a tutorial explaining how to make the ultimate character build, to maximize power at low levels, notably level one.

Edit: For those wondering about the updated video, I had to remake this because I accidentally left a mod active which effects weapon damages, and so a lot of the damage values you see in this video are inflated for this reason. This build is still very effective, which is why I made a vanilla video showing the same thing, it's just the damages are a bit over exaggerated in this first version of the video, which has caused a lot of confusion and claims of cheating. While I purposefully used console commands to demonstrate for this video, it was not my intent to trick or fool by editing weapon damages, it was simply a mistake.
