* 1 lb of ground beef
* 1 Large chopped potato
* 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
* 1/4 cup of chopped onions
* 1 Tbs of minced garlic
* 1 Tsp of butter
* 1/2 cup of water
* 1 Tbs of soy sauce
Note: Cook in medium heat
