It may have few limitations beyond the control of oneself like the slope of plot and its surrounding may not be as per our wish. Sometimes we may get less open space in north or east and more open area in south or west, which is anti Vastu situation. In such cases, if we could concentrate to construct our main building in accordance to the main Vastu tenets, that is enough.
